For $59 a month*, we provide the following services:
- Two dental cleanings with a dental hygienist per year
- All diagnostic X-rays for 1 year
- All dental exams for 1 year
- No extra charge for doctor visits and follow-up care for 1 year
- Take-home bleaching trays or occlusal guard included when you sign up for the first time
- Special fee schedule for any needed treatment at up to 50% off
- Huge discounts on INVISALIGN® treatment!
- On-site oral surgeon; no need to go elsewhere for most specialty procedures
